01

Testing-stage scope

TOMULI is under active development. Features, account systems, database structures, and community functions may change. This notice describes the current test environment and will be updated as the service matures.

02

Data categories

TOMULI may process account information such as username and email; community comments and replies; authentication and session data; security and abuse-prevention records; backups; and limited website analytics. These categories do not necessarily share one retention period.

03

Why data is used

Data supports account access, email verification, community features, service security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and understanding aggregate website usage. TOMULI does not ask users to publish passwords, verification codes, or tokens.

04

Three-month test-data guarantee

During testing, account profiles, comments, replies, and other test data are guaranteed to be retained only for the first three months after creation during normal service operation. After that period, data may be deleted, reset, or migrated for testing, database changes, upgrades, or a production launch. This is not a promise of automatic deletion on exactly day 90. Security, fraud-prevention, legal, dispute, and backup-rotation records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary, but not as a reason to keep ordinary data indefinitely.

05

User deletion and control

The three-month guarantee does not delay an available deletion action. Users may delete their own comments under the current feature set. A future account-deletion flow will follow its own published process. Deleted material can remain temporarily in backups or necessary security and legal records.

06

Service providers and analytics

TOMULI currently uses an email-delivery provider for verification messages and Umami for website analytics. Providers may change as the project evolves. Public avatar URLs are assembled from a provider-independent object key so storage providers can change without rewriting user records.

07

Changes to this notice

Material changes will update the version and date shown here. Do not use the TOMULI testing environment as permanent storage for important material.
