Short terms for using the current TOMULI website and community during testing.
By creating an account or using TOMULI community features, you agree to these beta terms, the Privacy & Test Data Notice, and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not create an account or post community content.
Provide accurate registration information, keep credentials private, and do not access another person's account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access through an available official channel.
Different opinions and criticism are welcome. Community use must follow the TOMULI Community Guidelines, including rules against harassment, threats, scams, doxxing, spam, impersonation, and malicious content.
Only publish content you own or are permitted to share. You remain responsible for it and allow TOMULI to display and technically process it as needed to operate community features. This does not transfer ownership of your content to TOMULI.
TOMULI is provided as a changing test service. Features may be unavailable, changed, or reset. Test data is guaranteed for only three months during normal operation and may be deleted, reset, or migrated afterward. Do not rely on TOMULI as permanent storage.
TOMULI may remove content or restrict access when reasonably needed for safety, security, legal compliance, service integrity, or guideline enforcement. No uninterrupted availability or moderation response time is promised during testing.
Important changes will update the version and date on this page. Continued use after a change means the current terms apply to future use.
