Why we show unfinished work
A development note about sharing work early.

Finished games hide their scaffolding. Every smooth interaction sits on top of wrong turns, temporary art, discarded systems, and conversations that changed the course of the work.
For Tomuli, showing some of that process is not a marketing exercise. It is a way to think more clearly—and to invite useful perspective before decisions become expensive.
That does not mean every idea becomes a promise. Devlogs are snapshots: what we are testing, why it matters, and what we still do not know.
The useful part of uncertainty
A prototype can be honest without being definitive. The goal is to share enough context for feedback to be specific, while keeping room for the work to surprise us.
